Ramen menu

The Duc Ngo has come up with a menu based on the Japanese-inspired noodle soup that contains equally aromatic versions with meat or vegetables and was designed especially for the evening in Neuhardenberg Castle's Rose Garden. Exquisitely composed broths, carefully selected noodles and toppings such as miso, shio and algae as well as fresh vegetables meet other dishes that incorporate and reinterpret Japanese influences. Surrounded by roses, in the evening light and at beautifully set tables, ramen is turned into a multi-course experience here that unites the warmth of the broth with the elegance of the location and makes it possible to experience the wide variety of this contemporary cosmopolitan cuisine.
