"3G rule", mask, contact details

For visitors of the events and of the restaurants (indoor only) and for guests of the hotel the COVID-19 "3G rule" (vaccinated, recovered or tested) applies. Please show appropriate proofs (printed on paper or digitally on your mobile device) upon arrival. Please cover your mouth and nose with a medical grade face mask in all public or shared indoor rooms while you not sitting at your seat.

We kindly ask you to leave your contact details on site. We will share these data in case of infection only with the health authority and will delete these four weeks after your visit.

Online booking for events

The box office opens one hour before the scheduled event start.

Concessions are available for schoolchildren, students, vocational trainees, people who currently work for Germany's national volunteer service or are volunteer reservists, senior citizens, unemployed people and people who are registered disabled. Concession tickets are available only by calling the phone number stated above, from the Hotel Schloss Neuhardenberg reception and at the box office on the day/evening of the event.

Pandemic: "3G" rule, non-distancing seats, contact details
All visitors must fulfill the COVID-19 "3G rule" (vaccinated, recovered or tested)

Please state when booking whether you are permitted to sit next to each other without any social distancing as per the currently applicable rules. If you meet the conditions, you can sit next to each other without distancing (maximum of two people) at most events, subject to the availability of non-distancing seats.

Within the scope of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic containment measures, the contact details of all visitors must be recorded to permit the health authorities to trace any potential infection chains. For this purpose, you will receive a QR code along with your ticket which is a link to a registration website where you must register your details at the earliest two weeks before the respective event. You can also go directly to this website at The respectively collected data will only be shared with the health authorities if we are asked to do so for infection tracing purposes, and will be deleted four weeks after the event. You must register before the event, or you will not be admitted.

The management of Neuhardenberg Castle and its grounds takes the special requirements of the physically less able into account; the hotel, for example, offers a wheelchair accessible room, there are parking spaces reserved for disabled people, and most buildings are wheelchair accessible. If required, we will be happy to book a transfer service to and from Seelow-Gusow or Trebnitz for you and your wheelchair.
