Pandemic: Non-distancing seats, contact details, test
Please state when booking whether you are permitted to sit next to each other without any social distancing as per the currently applicable rules. If you meet the conditions, you can sit next to each other without distancing (maximum of two people) at most events, subject to the availability of non-distancing seats.

Within the scope of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic containment measures, the contact details of all visitors must be recorded to permit the health authorities to trace any potential infection chains. For this purpose, you will receive a QR code along with your ticket which is a link to a registration website where you must register your details at the earliest two weeks before the respective event. You can also go directly to this website at eventtracing.ticketmaster.de. The respectively collected data will only be shared with the health authorities if we are asked to do so for infection tracing purposes, and will be deleted four weeks after the event. You must register before the event, or you will not be admitted.

Should the incidence rate increase, proof of a recent (within the past 24 hours) negative coronavirus (COVID-19) test (PCR, rapid test) may also be a legal requirement. We will inform you on our website as well as via email about the consequences of such a requirement in good time before the respective event.

If you need help or have questions, please do not hesitate to call us on 033476 600-750. You can also register with us in person at Neuhardenberg starting from one hour before the event.

Accessibility, electric vehicle charging points

The management of Neuhardenberg Castle and its grounds takes the special requirements of the physically less able into account; the hotel, for example, offers a wheelchair accessible room, there are parking spaces reserved for disabled people, and most buildings are wheelchair accessible. If required, we will be happy to book a transfer service to and from Seelow-Gusow or Trebnitz for you and your wheelchair.

Charging points for electric vehicles are available.
