Dinner in the Rose Garden

The panel discussion theory is followed by a practical 'exercise': take your seat at long tables in the Rose Garden and enjoy an informal culinary feast in the castle park. The castle kitchen serves selected dishes at market stalls, complemented by reinterpreted classic dishes created by the visiting chefs Jacqueline Amirfallah, Lisa Angermann and Stephan Hentschel.
