Admission ticket validity and return

If your event is cancelled or postponed you have the following options:

Already purchased tickets for postponed events usually remain valid. Simply present them on the new event date to be admitted to the event. If we are forced to change your booked seat(s) due to change of venue or new seating arrangements, our ticket service will contact you and offer you replacement admission tickets, if necessary. In that case, the originally purchased admission tickets are no longer valid, and will not admit you to the event.

Should you be unable to attend on the postponed event date or if your event is cancelled, you can return your tickets to us and claim a refund.

You can return them to us in one of the following ways:

  • If you purchased your tickets from one of the Stiftung Schloss Neuhardenberg ticket offices (phone +49 33476 600750 or at the box office in Neuhardenberg), please download this form and fill it in. If you have printed out eTickets yourself or saved them on your electronic device, simply scan the form and send it by e-mail to ticketservice(at)schlossneuhardenberg.de.

    Please send tickets on ticket paper that you have received by post or on site in Neuhardenberg together with the printed form by post to:

    If you purchased your tickets as part of a package together with hotel accommodation, the Hotel Schloss Neuhardenberg will contact you directly to cancel or reschedule your booking.
     
  • If you purchased your tickets from ticketmaster.de (online shop or on the phone from the ticketmaster.de call centre), the tickets will be refunded by ticketmaster.de. Download the ticket return form by Ticketmaster and fill it out. For eTickets, it is sufficient to scan the ticket return form and send it by email to info(at)ticketmaster.de.

    If you have purchased paper or collector tickets, please send them together with the return form to the following address:

  • If you purchased your tickets from a theatre ticket box office, please contact the same theatre ticket box office for a refund.
