When Daniel Hope and Jan Vogler, two stars of the international music scene, share the Neuhardenberg open-air stage this summer, they will be doing so for the first time. The violinist Daniel Hope has been one of the world's most versatile international violin stars for 30 years, and has performed in all of its most important venues. As a soloist and the director of the Hope Music Academy for many years, he has already performed at Neuhardenberg Castle several times.

Apart from his chamber music work, the exceptional cellist and artistic director of the Dresden Music Festival Jan Vogler is also a popular soloist who performs in the great concert halls and is sought-after by important conductors and orchestras. Through his workshops for young instrumentalists, he has maintained close ties with Neuhardenberg for almost a decade.

Together with the young pianist Marie Sophie Hauzel, who participated in the Hope Music Academy in Neuhardenberg as a student in 2019, the two soloists will be performing film scores and classical music compositions that gained popularity through their use in famous, classic films.
