The evening will begin with a discussion of the past and present French way of life and French cuisine, as well as the culinary arts and the way they are portrayed by filmmakers. Dieter Kosslick's guests are the Gault Millau 'Chef of the Century' Eckart Witzigmann, the publisher of Der Feinschmecker magazine Madeleine Jakits and the Berlin-based chef Stephan Hentschel, who has been awarded a Michelin star at the Cookies Cream in Berlin, to name but one of his achievements.
