Cinema Meets Culinary Art

Ramen everywhere

This year's edition of the series curated by Dieter Kosslick will be dedicated to Japanese culture on 20 June. The cinematic highlight of the evening will be Jûzô Itami's legendary film Tampopo, which fuelled the global culinary success of Japanese ramen. The panel discussion will focus on the global triumph of noodle soup before The Duc Ngo serves his ramen menu. Ryuichi Sakamoto's compositions, which blend jazz, electronic music and classical music, round off this excursion into Japanese culture. Combine the evening with a stay at the elegant Hotel von Schloss Neuhardenberg.
