The British violinist Daniel Hope, who was born in South Africa, is famous for his musical versatility and creativity. He enjoyed a close artistic partnership with the great Yehudi Menuhin, with whom he gave more than 60 concerts. Like Menuhin, Daniel Hope is not only a virtuoso on the violin but also an orchestra leader and bestseller writer. He collaborates with the world’s most renowned international orchestras and conductors, is a sought-after premiere interpret and loves to perform cross-genre. Daniel Hope has long since been a welcome guest at Neuhardenberg

He will be accompanied by the renowned orchestra l’arte del mondo, which is above all known for its dedication to the tradition of playing old music on historic instruments. The orchestra l’arte del mondo has performed Daniel Hope’s spectacularly successful new interpretation of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, entitled Vivaldi Recomposed, all over the world together with the violinist.

In addition, the current programme features four Vivaldi compositions that were believed to be lost until recently and rediscovered by Daniel Hope during some archive research work. They are now being performed again for the first time in many years.
