The regional specialities and the international cuisine served in the Schloss Neuhardenberg restaurants vary with the seasons and are a delight at any time of the year.

As early as Whitsun, or as soon as the first asparagus is harvested:

July and August

Summer, sun and salads.

Enjoy the warm evening sun out on the Brennerei’s quiet courtyard patio with a refreshing cold melon soup or a granny smith, cucumber and kohlrabi salad with fresh estragon and Zollbrück goat’s cheese, or simply with a glass of rosé wine.
